beautiful expressive wood, very hard, stabile and durable, but even so with good working ability, fine texture with straight to interlocked grain

Wood color:

consistent light brown wood, sometimes with irregular dark brown to black stripes (> Tiger pattern), turning in deep red to orange brown under influence of light
